Summer Bash isn't JUST a place for kids to have fun out of the house for a week in the summer, it's a place they can cut loose, make new friends, and hear from Jesus!

Check-in begins each day at 8:30AM, and the fun goes from 9am-1pm.

Grades are for the 2019-2020 School Year

Summer Bash will include Lunch, make sure to include your children's allergies during registration!

Graduating 5th Graders are encouraged to volunteer at Summer Bash and attend TwoTwelve Summer Camp.

When you give to Summer Bash, you're making it possible for kids to experience Jesus!

Sometimes, money can be a barrier for children that want to attend Summer Bash, but when you give to Summer Bash, you make a way for them to have the best week ever!

When giving to the summer bash fund, donations cannot be allocated to specific children.

HELP MAKE SUMMER BASH HAPPEN

We're looking for volunteers to make this the best week of the Summer! We need people to help with everything from setup to tear down to working stations and running teams.

Q: Can my kids be on the same small group as their friends/siblings?

A: Teams at Summer Bash will be split by age and gender. This is only for part of the day though, they can play with any of their friends during check-in, check-out and activities.

Q: Are all of the children participating in the same area?

A: No. Three year olds through kindergarteners will be in Summer Bash Jr. and First through Fifth graders will be in another auditorium for Summer Bash.

Q: What does the cost of registration include?

A: Registration is $25 which will cover the entire week of Summer Bash, which includes a t-shirt, lunch each day, and all of the crazy fun Summer Bash activities.

Q: What should my child bring each day?

For safety reasons, we ask that each child wears their summer bash t-shirt each day, with new activities everyday you’ll need to bring specific things:

Monday - Nothing specific

Tuesday - Cool Springz requires grip socks on the trampolines, if your child has them, please bring them, if not, there will be pairs available to borrow from Cool Springz.

Wednesday - Nothing specific

Thursday - For water day, your child should come to Summer Bash wearing their swimsuit underneath their Summer Bash t-shirt and sandals or flip-flops for easy and quick removal. Also bring a small bag, labeled with the child’s name and grade with a towel (sunscreen will be provided).

Q: Will there be a nurse on-site for Summer Bash?

A: Yes, a licensed nurse will be on-site during all of Summer Bash, we will not be administering medications during Summer Bash hours, however, if your child requires some kind of "lunch-time" medication, please call 505-299-7202 to discuss this option.

Q: Is there food provided?

A: Yes. This year, Summer Bash includes lunch! Each day your child will get a full meal. Make sure to mark allergies in the registration form. A lunch menu will be emailed to parents the week prior to Summer Bash

Q: Do I get a discount if I volunteer?

A: No. Copper Pointe has worked hard to make these five days as affordable as possible for everyone, so we are unable to give discounts.

Q: Are there scholarships or financial aid available?

A: Yes. Partial Scholarships are available to families who express a need. To apply for a scholarship, please call the front office at 505-299-7202.

Q: Can I sponsor a child for Summer Bash?

A: Yes and No. If you would like to contribute to Summer Bash, you can give to our general giving fund, this will offset the cost for the week, and allow us to make it a great experience for every child. You can give any amount you like, but the funds cannot be tied directly to a specific child.

Q: How can I help?

A: With a great price of only $25 for a week of fun, we expect Summer Bash to fill up quickly, we can use your help from now until Summer Bash to prepare, and especially the week of. To sign up to serve, visit our SERVE AT SUMMER BASH page.
