Today we pray for our great and unique city. As we pray, we remember that God has positioned us in Albuquerque, NM at this specific time in history for this specific purpose. We believe this city will come to know the hope that is found in Jesus Christ our Lord. We believe this city can thrive and become one of the great leading cities economically, socially, culturally, and spiritually in our nation. Today we pray that God would draw the people of Albuquerque back to Him and we would see revival like never before. We pray that not just Copper Pointe, but that every church in our city would thrive, grow, and show the love of Christ like never before! We believe these things can and will happen! Do you? Join us in prayer.

Purpose is an easy thing to struggle with in life. People can go years feeling lost or insecure because they don’t believe their life holds any purpose, but as believers we have been given automatic purpose when we accept Jesus Christ as our savior. God created us on purpose and for a purpose. This purpose is to build His kingdom by creating disciples and he uses each of us uniquely to do it. Whether you’re a high-schooler, stay-at-home mom, barista at Starbucks, teller at a bank, or a CEO of a massive company, God had given everyone a part to play on a daily basis and he uses wherever we are to do it. In John 15:16 Jesus says “You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last...” God chose us and appointed us to be His ambassadors and bear fruit so that others who do not have a relationship with him could see that fruit and in turn want the same personal relationship with Him that we have. Let’s pray today for confidence in our purpose and unique calling in life.

Today we pray that 2019 will be a year of unity, restoration and strengthening in the families of Copper Pointe. We pray for unity where there has been division, for restoration in relationships that are broken, and for the strengthening of marriages and single parents. We pray supernatural protection over our homes and our children, and that every family at Copper Pointe is a unified front that lives boldly and fearlessly for Jesus. We ask for forgiveness and healing to flow in relationships that are broken and for those in our families who are far from God, to be called back home!
